Made with functionality in mind, the Fishtail Octa Coat is crafted from a technical water-repellent ripstop which although lightweight, retains heat when needed. The back is made of 'Octa' which is a unique cross-section polyester fibre with sweat-absorbing and quick drying characteristics

 was born in 2011 by avid hikers, and former Issey Miyake designers, Keita Ikeuchi and Mihoko Mori. They wanted to bring the unique sensibilities gained from their high-fashion backgrounds to outerwear and gear built with the functionality and practicality to be worn in the mountains of Japan. Their brand ethos is taken from the simple phrase “The pleasure of playing in the mountains”.
